No New Posts Minerva's Graveyard Home

This was once the gamekeeper's home untill he met his unfortunate demise. Minerva Balzac lives here part-time now.

The outer appearance of the house is rundown and abandoned. The once beautiful white paint is peeling and patchy and wooden boards that line the house are grey with age. The porch is rickety and splintered. There are two steps leading up to the porch that are squeaky and narrow. The house has five windows- one on each side of the door, and one on each of the other sides -all of which are boarded up. The lanterns on each side of the door have small candle stubs in them, the glass on the sides is cracked, and the metal lid is rusted with age. The door knob is silver-plated brass and tarnished from being exposed to the elements, and instead of a normal key hole, it’s shaped specially for a skeleton key, which Minerva keeps with her always. Inside the home is elegant and new. The hard wood floors are polished and shinny, and the paint on the walls is fresh and new. Even the furniture looked nearly brand-new. The house had a somewhat medieval feel to it- lots of purples, blacks, and blues. It’s a two-bedroom, one-bathroom house, not very large, but it’s all Minerva ever needed.

Memories
A large graveyard. In New Orleans the graves arn't buried into the ground. They are set in "tombs" and sit above ground. The reason is that the ground is so swampy and wet that is dug six feet water would fill the hole.
